The Fitness League runs professionally taught, low impact exercise classes to music for all ages and abilities.
The Bagot Stack system offers a unique and effective form of exercising. Even if you haven't exercised before and you're not fit, there will be a class for you. Classes are inexpensive, last for an hour and have varying levels of difficulty to choose from.
- You don't have to be fit to start exercising.
- You don't have to set aside a lot of time for exercise.
- You can be any age to exercise.
- You don't have to do it alone!
- Exercising can be fun and a healthy way of meeting and making new friends.

Fitness League teachers are professionally trained by experienced tutors. All teachers study anatomy, physiology, music and choreography not only to ensure that they have an in-depth knowledge of health and exercise, but also so that they can teach you in an interesting and varied way.
How to Attend
Newcomers are welcome at any class - all you need do is turn up at your nearest class in comfortable clothes and your teacher will explain everything to you. If you'd prefer, you can call your local teacher to find out more about classes in your area, and a bit more about what you can expect when you attend your first session.
